Hello I'm Lakesha. I have been a caregiver for over 10 years. I really enjoy interacting with different people. Sometimes you may meet people at some of the most difficult times in their lives, and to know that you were a help to them is the reason I'm a cargiver.

I have been in the medical field since 1994. I absolutely adore any of my patients. I have empathy and compassion for my patients and their families. I am 56 years old and have worked as a CNA for CRMC until 2001. I use to volunteer with the local fire department. Then in 2003 I took classes to.become a Emergency Care Attendant with the local ambulance service helping them on their scenes. Then in 2020 I was going to start classes to get my CNA license back but the classes were cancelled because of covid. 2020 I did online classes for medical office professional through san jacinto college received my certificate.

I have been a caregiver for 3 years and I continue to enjoy everything about it . I have an passion for elderly and children.

I love to get to know my patients interests. I'm a great listener and love to visit. I can help keep things tidy and assist in any needs. I do still work for the hospital in Livingston so my hours will have to be on Friday's after noon and weekends. If needed I can also assist on weekdays after 5 pm. I am 20 years old, I'm married and have my own transportation.

I have always had a big heart and i'm very sensitive to others feelings. I always want to make someone feel safe and truly understood. I am very patient and understanding and will always give 100% heart to the work that I do. I became a caregiver after high school when i received my license from high school. I was always going to my grandparents to help them out when they needed extra help and I always loved seeing them smile and feeling like they could depend on me for help and support. A personal achievement I am proud of is graduating high school, and receiving employee of the month at my past facility I was working for, and paying off my very own vehicle by the age of 22.

Patience those who provide home care to others need to be patient. Compassion when someone has compassion for another they have an understanding of what the person is going through. I have a very good understanding when it comes down to my client(s) I try my absolute best to make he/she ma'am/sir happy to have me around Attentiveness Dependability. Trustworthiness.

I'm a great caregiver because I love helping the seniors. I love hearing stories from what happen in the past years. I became a caregiver because the elderly have done so much for us some were in wars some were in the great depression and came out so I feel like they done all this for us the best we can do is help them with there last days and make the best of it.

I've wanted to be a caregiver starting at the age of 10 when my grandfather became sick and passed away. I wanted to care for people from then on. I treat the people I care for like I'd want me or my family treated. I give the best care possible and work hard everyday. I was awarded caregiver of the month and year with the company I've been working for for 7 years now. I'm very proud of my work and love caring for others.

I'm patient and kind and very understanding , I love helping others and just being able to help.

I am a compassionate and caring person. I treat my patients with the upmost respect and give them all of the attention they desire. My passion for helping other has drawn me to taking care of patients all ages and disabilities. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is making somes life easier and help them live it to their fullest no matter what they may be going through. I am proud that I was able to complete the CNA program in the year 2016-2017 and graduate early in December.

I love to help people!! Even though I don't have certifications YET. I'm in the process of going to school. I'm looking to get more experience. I'm a loving soul and young. Just want to learn and I'm a caring person
