I'm a good candidate for caregiving because I listen and follow orders and I love making my patients and families feel like they chose the right decision to trust me . I love the idea of helping people and seeing a smile on their faces. A personal achievement I am proud of is taking steps into the medical field I want to be a phlebotomist.

I am 52 years old my mother is 81. I love taking care of elderly people. They have such interesting stories . Most importantly I will get older and I want some one to treat me with dignity and respect at that age.

I am most sympathetic to my elders, because I have been caring for my grandmother, approximately, 4/5 years, who struggles with lymphedema and high blood pressure. She needs assistance, with her daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, grocery shopping, meal prep, light cleaning and appointments, and of course, I enjoy, the satisfaction of getting a wise word, occasionally.

I am a very caring person. I'm patient , very considerate of others.. I am a Certified Nurses Assistance, has been since 2002. I have been in the medical field for over 30 years. I am very dedicated , dependable, and have plenty of experience. I owned & operated 2 Assisted living for over 10 yrs.

I think having a positive out look an understanding your resident are key !!! I have always enjoyed being a help to the elderly.Seeing the look on there face every day when i come to help is more than enough for me !!! If i can make the last few weeks or years better ,easier for my resident then i know ive done my job .My residents quality of care is my upmost important thought every day im there !!!

I have been taking care of the elderly for 5yrs I had 7 patients 5 have died 2 are still alive I really enjoy talking ,taking them to the grocery store ,making food ,making sure they take their meds,taking to beauty for their hair ,nails and pedicure light house cleaning washing and fold their wash

I found out my sister had cancer in 2003. When i start taking care of her thats when i found my calling to serve others who needed help with compassion and love for other.

I was a volunteer fire fighter and first responder for 5 years on lake Travis in my time I learned alot of skills suck as water rescue, hazmat training, brush truck training and fighting fires , I have my CPR and first Aid. I have been a CNA/ med aid for 25 years I love taking care of people I have worked in many types of settings such as Hospital, Home health and nursing homes along with lock down units
