My expertise that helped me become a great caregiver is that I'm a caring, loving person that goes out of her way to be honest, helpful to and toward people(my patients) to the best of my ability. Being able to assist or be a help to a variety of people is what made me what to become a caregiver. What i enjoy most about being a caregiver is the smile of pride on a patient's face when they get helpto be able to do things that they used to be able to do. When a patient was able to dress herself with a little help from me and her face lit up at how she looked was a personal achievement that I'm proud of.

I love working with other people. I love the feeling of being able to help others.

When I was younger I always I too be a nurse. So I can take care of people. I been work for Alameda County agency (IHSS) homecare providers been 5 years. Also am a CNA too. I been take care of my mom. I didn't put my mom in nursing home at all. Am a open person, understand person, open heart to everyone. I love my family very much. Thank you. Jacqueline
