Hello my name is Shantel and what makes me a good caregiver is my personality I love helping people who needs assistance with everyday task. I love putting a smile on my client face and keeping them motivated to enjoy there life the best way they can with assistance. Why I became a caregiver is because it was in my heart to do and because it takes patience and understanding in an individual who once did many things in there life before reaching this chapter in there life. What I like about being a caregiver is getting to know about a client life story. I love hearing there many stories because as there caregiver it let's me know who they were before they entered into this chapter of there life. A personal achievement I'm proud of is me becoming more wiser and more confident in life knowing that no one is perfect but, you can learn from your mistakes and continue to grow and mature no matter how old you are. Hi, my name is Alize' pronounced (ali-zay). I enjoy being outdoors and doing outdoor activities. I have experience in housekeeping for 3years from 2017-2019 at Texas Medical Center. I was first interested in doing housekeeping when I graduated and had to help my grandmother in her home with some complications. I'm a very caring person with a big heart and just love to make people smile. I'm proud to say that I did carry experience in the housekeeping field because it's plays a huge part in the hospital.

I feel I am a great care giver for several reasons. I am a people person fun person and I enjoy making people laugh. Also, I'm compassionate and caring w people! I took care of my 88 year old Grandmother for 13 months. I recently moved back so looking for a job that I can do for others. I enjoy making the client feel good even if it's just brushing their hair or painting nails. My children, Saving money & moving back to Houston. I'm interested in becoming a CNA.

I have always had a passion to work with kids and the elderly. I feel like these 2 group of people are the most non judgemental but very brutally honest groups of people that I admire. I would never mistreat, abuse nor degrade an elderly person. I have a bedridden family member and would not stand for someone doing that to her. I went into to medical field because I want people to have a caring loving honest and very loyal person caring for and being tge voice for their loved one. My greatest achievements were getting my cpr, high school and medical assistant certifications.

I have always been a caring individual with her started me into the home health care business was my step sister she had cerebral palsy and no one to take care of her and so I just got into the role of taking care of her providing for her and thank you her needs and it gave me a joy to be able to give her that respect and dignity to still help her though and make her feel loved and I just continued on and I feel just really spreading the joy and Recovery to others.

Me becoming a great caregiver was my mother when I was 15 my mom became paralyzed i helped get better and to fight to walk again I never gave up and continue to push through day in and day out with her. I have many great personality traits that make me a wonderful caregiver, for instance, I am compassionate, understanding and have a giving heart. What mostly attracts me to become a caregiver is the bond/professional relationship I'll get to build with my patients, and that is the prize of it all. I enjoy the bond I get to establish with my patient as well as their family members. One of my personal achievements I'm proud of is saving enough money to go back to school this year.
