Hi, my name is Mary. I am a CNA with over 10 years experience as a caregiver. I am very compassionate, neat, honest, dependable, and very much a people person. I love to cook, do light housecleaning, and most importantly provide the best possible one on one care. I take pride in a job well done. I am first aid and CPR certified. After a career at 911, I knew I needed to find a new career where I could continue to help others. I love being a companion and listening to anything like life stories, jokes, and music. I am a mother of two beautiful girls. One who is going to the U of U for a bachelor's in psychology, and another who is a full time mom. I have a beautiful granddaughter that is almost two. I am a family oriented person who loves to do outdoor activities of any kind. I have a passion for caregiving and always have. My mother taught me at a young age about caregiving and would tell me stories that attracted me to it.

My name is Javier Gamarra, I have a bachelor's Degree in Economics from Peru. When I came to the United States I experienced cultural shock and had to start anew with my education. I applied to school and through hard work, dedication and perseverance I was accepted in the Master's program with an emphasis in Mental Health-Social Work from the University of Utah. I currently work as a Professional Care Provider and have obtained my CNA license. I am a highly-motivated, dependable, compassionate SW and CNA professional with a knack of providing positive bedside patient care services as well as maintain a track record of providing residents and clients with assistance in activities of daily living.

I spent 18 years working with the physically and mentally disabled children and adults. I was an occupational and physical therapy assistant with Granite School District. I taught life skills and mentored adults with their transition into independent living which included menu planning, shopping, cooking, budgeting, transportation employment. I am currently caring for my 94 year old mother and all of her daily needs. I provide her meals, bathing, grooming, dressing, transportation, and manage finances and medical care. My love for people is immense and I truly enjoy giving with a smile or a thank you as my reward. I have so much to give and to share and I feel that I can make a positive difference, somewhere!

I am a pre-med student at the University of Utah and am passionate about health, wellness, and service. I have extensive experience as a private home health aid and I am dedicated to delivering quality care.

I am a kind, caring and compassionate person. I have raised and am still raising 9 beautiful children. This experience has blessed me with many skills and abilities regarding care giving. I believe care should be provided in a kind, patient and respectful way, every human being deserves this. I had the opportunity to care for my aging parents until they passed. They both died from cancer. Some of my dearest friends have been and are above the age of 70. I love caring for older people because they have so much to share and I have learned much from their life experiences and wisdom and perspective on life.

I enjoy people. Never met someone I couldn't get along with. I have a great sense of humor. I'm an Eagle Scout. I have been a scout leader for many years. I am a husband of one, a father to 10, and grandfather to 20. I enjoy fishing, gardening and football. I believe in God and enjoy discussion about many subjects.
