I became a caregiver because i have compassion and empathy towards others. I've always had a giving personality. I have an encouraging attitude to help others that have trouble helping themselves. Patience and compassion is important for such a challenging job. A positive attitude and good communication goes a long way. Personally knowing that I'm appreciated and trusted enough to care for a family's love one makes me proud.

I consider myself to be a nurturer by nature.I enjoy assisting the family in anyway I can as it relates to caring for their live one.I believe in going beyond the call of duty for my patients.Also,I try my best to make a huge difference in their lives.I am proud of the fact that I have been blessed to care for some prominent individuals and to be on my way completing my nursing degree.

I am naturally a lover so giving expert care giving is something that comes natural for me caring for someones family is something that i love, and will always give my full ability to i feel you should care for someones family members as you would want someone to care for your very own. I was attracted to being a caregiver when my grandfather passed away who lived to be 109 years old. I was caring for him with a few other family members and realized it was something i had a passion for. I enjoy most talking to the person i am assisting making sure that i have the person as comfortable as possible around me i understand it can be hard meeting new people and having them assist you. A personal achievement i am proud of would be graduating from Fortis College and becoming Medical Assistant.
