I have over ten years' experience in caregiving. I enjoy helping people in need. I am understanding, patient, and kind.

I have a natural affinity for the elderly and/or disabled. I grew up in a home where our family took care our my grandfather and great uncle. I recently got into caregiving and loved it! I hope to one day work with Adult Protective Services. I would still be working for The Mentor Network, but a client's guardian offered me a private pay position that never came through.

I am an RN who has always been in health care starting with CNA up to LPN and RN. As a child my family had a lot of events that required caregivers. I love helping people as it has meant so much to me as I seen in growing up in my family!

I have been a caregiver going on thirteen years! I love every second of it.. It's nothing like seeing the joy on someone's face who is in need of care, or that extra care and support. I enjoy knowing my work is appreciated and it's needed.. I never saw myself in this field as a child. As I proceeded to get older and seeing the old or young in need of help it made my heart ache for them. I just pray that in my golden years I find the same care of joy and compassion the same as I enjoy to give to others..

I am a nursing student and certified nursing assistant. I used to work at a nursing home and now work at Carilion NRV part time. So if you need someone to be a companion or caregiver part time, I believe that I'm the right choice! I have always loved helping people. I find great joy in being able to assist someone in a task or being able to see a smile on their face. I enjoy getting to know the people that I'm helping take care of.

I started as a caregiver (CNA) straight out of high school. I always knew I wanted to be a nurse. I worked as a CNA several years before I went back to school for my LPN license. I have enjoyed working with patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. I consider myself very dependable and flexible.
