Empathy and sweetness are almost mandatory requirements. In addition to empathy, willingness and ability to help and serve. I am a caregiver because I want to, because it is the most interesting, wonderful and enriching thing I can do right now with my life.

Becoming a great caregiver is not something that will happen immediately or overnight, these are the basic qualities that I have: empathy, compassion, patience, reliablity and trustworthy these are some of the skills that has made me the best caregiver. 2. I enjoy working with people and I mostly enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. 3. My most proudest moments as a caregiver is knowing that families appreciates my help & kindness when leaving me with their precious love ones. I love the caring for the elderly and when a family entrusts their love one for me to care for and takes the time out to let me know how great of a jobI'm doing, that's a moment of proudness for me.

I am a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant with 18 years of hands-on experience providing high quality, compassionate care to patients, I have worked extensively with patients providing and documenting all personal care and rehabilitation services such as feeding, bathing, and mobility assistance. In addition to my formal training, I dedicate myself to providing exceptional bedside manner. I am skilled and experienced in a number of areas such as: Patient-centered Care, Communication Skills and collaboration. I firmly believe I have the knowledge , experience, and character that you are looking for and I would welcome the chance to speak with you more about the position.

I am a retired Registered Nurse with an active RN License. I have cared for people all my life, and I want to continue doing so. I love helping people especially the elderly. I am experienced with patients that have Alzheimer's / Dementia.

I became a caregiver at age 13 volunteering in an old nursing home because I loved helping the elderly, I loved just sitting with them and listening to their life stories. I love the being able to help someone in need, its a privilege and honor to help others. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is raising my daughters, who are both now RN's, and being happily married for over 35 years. I have worked in hospice for 35 years steady. While working in hospice I worked other jobs PT in nursing homes, assisted living/personal care homes, and have done private duty work with many individuals. My career is not work, but a ministry to me. I am a workaholic, I believe in working hard and I have a strong work ethic. I enjoy a challenge, meaning that not every patient I come in contact with is always going to be pleasant, most patients are going through debilitating illnesses, the normal aging process, or terminal illnesses. This requires patience, respect for that patient and family, empathy, commitment and kindness on the part of the caregiver. I like to believe that I have those qualities. I enjoy being busy and fortunately I have a great husband who understands my need to work helping others.
