My name is Jessie. I am a wife and a mother to a 13year old boy! I enjoy reading and anything outdoors! I became a caregiver to give people more independence and care. To help with the tasks that were once easy but have became a burden. I cook and I clean and I also love to talk!!! I have taken care of both my sets of grandparents on hospice and gave them the compassion they deserved! I have experience in Caring for the elderly and also autistic and mentally challenged.

I have 5 years of experience being a Direct Service Worker. I also am certified in CPR & first aid. I'm very reliable. I have experience caring for elderly and disabled. With me, you will receive appropriate care. Whatever is in my clients plan of care I can do. Am a great caregiver coz am kind, patient,understanding, loving, respectful, funny, educated and most of all if I work, I give my heart and committment to the family and most especially to the client that I am taking cared off, That's why I stay long to each client and will cease working only if the client passed away or transferred to a facility or institution. This kind of job is a calling, and I have that. I have the foremost love and committment not only of monetary purpose but a life's accomplishment and fulfillment. I enjoy giving a quality life to a client, that there is still more to life, to enjoy and to laugh and to be happy inspite of the course of aging, to be well taken cared of. Am proud that I can be of help to people who need care, I can cook the food that they want to eat, I can make them laugh inspite of the pain and cares they are worried upon, and I can show to the family that their love ones still have the quality of life , feeling secured and wanted, and most of all being loved. To name the basic duties I used to do as a caregiver: medication reminders/management, monitoring changes in client's health, assisting w/ bathing and grooming, toileting, transferring the client, laundry, basic food preparation, going w/ the client to doctor's app't and social functions and companionship. Most of my field of expertise is taking care of elderly with dementia/ Alzheimer's disease ,

I became a caregiver because when I was about 15 years old my mother got sick and went into hospice and I've always wanted to help her get better and other people who is sick and is trying to get better. Helping others is my main priority in the job I have now. I like being a caregiver because I get to learn more about other people disability and sickness and trying to help them in many ways. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is helping the little girl I work for get better at walking so she'll be able to walk one day in her life and I'll be able to say I did it I helped her through it all. I have worked in this field for over 10yrs. I love helping someone that needs a smile put back in there life. Because I look at myself I going to become of age and I would love for someone to give me that smile too.

i have always loved helping people, i took care of my grandmother when she became ill. i have been a fire fighter for 6 years and i have loved doing that helping people and saving lives. im a very loving and caring person. im always on time i love working. i have a family a 5 year old daughter and a fiance that i love dearly. working is what i do to take care of my family.
