My name is Dasha. Originally, from Moscow, Russia. I have worked over 15 years in healthcare field as rehab aid, Telehealth technician, CNA, PCA and medication aid. The main reason why I want work as a comanion , I want to make a difference in people lives. Bond and communicate with clients. Be there friend but also be there caregiver. I am patient, caring and also great listener. Will do anything for the client. I am bilingual. I speak Russian and as well as English. I am CPR certified and HIPPA trained. I am also certified in NA,PCA and Telehealth technician. Moral: treat your patients with love and care and respect, as the same way as you would want to be treated. It is just, as simple,as a smile.

I'm a 48yr Maori woman from New Zealand and a legal permanent resident of America since 2006. I am single with no dependents and would like to be considered for the position as care person. I enjoy what I do, have high standards, am kind and trustworthy; am a devout advocate for those I care for and create caring bonds with all those whose care is entrusted to me. I prefer live in positions - days to be negotiated so as to not incur burn out, but if transfers are required then my body can only do 2days. I do not offer transfers from wheelchair to my vehicle. I hurt my back doing that for a client and I don't want to risk doing that again.. Distance is not a problem if I am living in - but if I live out I prefer a closer distance to my home. Wages are negotiable and I am open to discussions. I don't smoke, am a lite to rare drinker and never drink alcohol while caring for those entrusted to me. My interests include Polynesian/Hawaiian/Tahitian dance classes Saturday mornings - the gym (when I can go) - Scottsdale traders club. .

I’ve always had this passion for helping people. Upon graduating high school I wanted to study nursing, so I thought becoming a certified nursing assistant is a great way to get in the field of nursing. Forward ten years later, I couldn’t have picked a better field to get into. Becoming a CNA has given me so many opportunities and I’ve meet so many wonderful people along the way. Being able to work with spinal cord, brain injury, Alzheimer’s, dementia, stroke, and elderly patients has solidified my life’s calling. Being a CNA is not just a job to me, it’s a passion and I passion I take very seriously.

I'm very passionate about caring for people. I like a challenge and open to learning new things. Being active in learning about the medical field in all areas as possible by attending school and getting my associates degree in medical billing and coding; took a accelerated CNA class and currently in school seeking a bachelors degree in healthcare administration.
