I'm a loving and caring person , my mother was sick in the year 2011 and I cared for her until her until her last breath, I truly understand how important to have someone who can care for your loved ones as you would yourself. I love helping those who need any form help , I have also helped alot of my friends babysit their young ones when they needed help.

I have been a care giver since I was 16yrs old. Went through a program in our hospital in Dumas TX. They taught me allot, but the actual work starts when your out there on your own. I enjoy this profession because I believe we all deserve to be treated with the best no matter how old or able we are. I believe no one should have to go through life alone or with out at least one person to call in a hard time. I would never allow my own to be alone so why would I allow anyone else. I'm here to help in anyway I can. Life doesn't always have to be hard and I'm here for when it does.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping others in there time of need. I love providing a smile face to try to brighten up their day. I like being that listening ear to my clients. I am a very caring and loving person who adore being a nursing assistant. I always loved helping people and doing something I love is a great joy of mines.

The things that make me a good caregiver is that I help take care of my grandparents. I know most people just want a good companion. I know how to take care of them and make sure they take their medicine. I enjoy sitting down with the person and getting to know them and listening to all their stories.

Hi my name is Tori Hall and I am a Certified Nurse Assistant now and have my CPR certification. I became I care giver because I love to help people in need, it is my passion. I love being a caregiver because it makes me feel great knowing I have helped people as much as I possibly can and put a smile on their faces, it really makes being a caregiver 100 times better knowing I did that. I feel becoming a CNA has become one of my best personal achievements and I am very happy and thankful about accomplishing it. I don't have too much experience as a CNA right now because I just got licensed but I do have about 1 year experience as a nanny, which I absolutely loved and is part of the reason I became a CNA. I became a caregiver because I have passion to take care of people. When interacting with elderly people, you can see the joy on their face when they someone really wants to be there for them. With that being said my name is Erica Burch. I was born and raised in Clearwater Fl. I moved to Gainesville Fl about 3 years ago with family. I became a care giver to help others that are not able to help their selves, My daughter passed away in 2008 and I saw how the nursing staff made her so comfortable that I wanted to give that comfort back to some one else, what I enjoy about the care giver position, is that the joy you see on the faces of people who really appreciate your kindness. My most personal achievement that I am proud of is going back to school for my cna certification. I have experienced loss of a child, and still I am able to stand strong. I have a second child who is a honor student in her middle school, I feel that was quit an achievement on my part also. I have been in this profession for about two years working in different nursing home facilities but I feel one on one care would be a better fit for myself, I attended Boces technical career school in the year of 2012, Once finished the cna course of three months I started working for Ten Brock Commons in lake katrine Ny. From there I was hired at Golden Hill Nursing Home facility. Trying to find my fit in the facility industry that I also worked in the FernCliff Nursing Home also. I find myself at this point wanting to give private care a try.

I cared for my grandmother when I was 16, I wanted to be able to care for my mom if something happened to her. I feel close to elderly people I love taking care of them. I care for my 84 year old aunt for my cousin sometimes to help out the family.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping others no matter what it is, I take pride in all of my work. I enjoy knowing I just changed the life of someone Wether it was big or small. Not everyone can get out and do what they want but knowing I helped one person achieve a goal for themselves is a great feeling, whether it's getting up in the morning to cook breakfast, or going out in the afternoon for a short walk.

My personality traits that can help me be a great caregiver, is I am very respectful I care more about others than myself as long as the clients is happy I am happy. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is seeing the smile on my clients face when they know they are not alone and someone cares about them some has family that comes to visit and some don't so by you just showing up that means something to them. The personal achievement that I have made is finishing up my EKG classes.
