My name is Shana I became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2011 and have been working in this field ever since. I love working with the elderly because I feel they have so much wisdom to offer and by helping to care for them I learn new things. I feel I would be a good care giver because I am compassionate, empathetic, and I enjoy helping people.

Iam great caregiver because I like to keep elderly motivated, push temperature to do things that they may think is impossible for them to achieve. Being a caregiver was not my intention but at the age of 18 I volunteered at Sunrise assisted living, from there I fell in love with learning more about Dementia that progress with age. I became more paitent, caring, loving, empathetic, honest, trustworthy. Also am certified as an Medication Technician. I go above and beyond to make sure my client is take care of correctly and receive the correct care.

During 7 years of continuous work I have acquired the necessary care for patients with total disability, alzhemer, senile dementia, among other experience. I have not Young childrens, im studing in university to develop my lenguage

Being a care give have gave me the pleasure and understanding and helping the elderly with their needs and providing assistance and contributes to their environment that is respectful for Patient and Family. I become a caregiver because I enjoy working with the elderly and meeting with the family member to let them know that their love one is being taking care of in a professional manor. I appreciate the little moments with your love one by spending time with them talking and laughing and show them that your always there for them.

My availability is Monday-Friday 1-4 hrs per/day as needed. Also available Saturday for an overnight assignment if requested. I am a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant for 8+ years. I started my nursing experience taking care of family and decided it was something I could do to help support others in my community. I occassionaly volunteer my time to visit the sick and shut in at Arista Meadow Springs Nursing Home in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The reason why I became a caregiver is because I like helping people. The thing I like about being a caregiver is that I can help someone that is in need. I had to take care of my dad before he passed and I also took care of my grandmother that fell down the stairs and broke her ankle. Hello my name is Ieisha Washington and I am a great caregiver because I love helping people. After several years of working in a restaurant I realized I wanted to help people in a different way so I became a CNA/GNA.Then my mother became sick so this experience have helped me to help her and others the correct way. I'm proud that I have made it this far as a CNA/GNA and my goal is to become a Register Nurse.

I was an Caregiver for my grandmother. When she passed away I got an job working at an nursing home in house keeping. I became overwhelm with the residents after 6 months working as an house keeper my supervisor as me if i would like to take a class for an nursing assistant position. The only other profession I would do if I wasn't a nursing assistance would be to be a cop because I'll still be helping people who need me just as much as I need them. 1. I have interest in caregiving after the death of my only sister to cancer, I was able to see and learn that people with ailment need assistant. 2. I enjoy and derive satisfaction in taking care of people with acute and long term illness. 3. My personal achievement that I am proud of is been able to go back to college in pursuit of a career in nursing, though I am not in nursing program yet but I have finished all the courses requirement that is required to study nursing as a career. 4. I love it all the same working with people is a passion. Animals are not an issue I love them as long as they don't bit, I have very reliable transportation. If there are certain ways that something needs to be done as long as I could be shown or walked through I am willing and able to learn and do. I am capable and able to run errands, prepare meals, engage in activities in the home as well as outside the home. Dress, bath, as well as just making sure that all is taking care of while that person is in my care.
