1. I have interest in caregiving after the death of my only sister to cancer, I was able to see and learn that people with ailment need assistant. 2. I enjoy and derive satisfaction in taking care of people with acute and long term illness. 3. My personal achievement that I am proud of is been able to go back to college in pursuit of a career in nursing, though I am not in nursing program yet but I have finished all the courses requirement that is required to study nursing as a career. 4. I am 46 years old and a mother of 3 lovely children, I came to US 7 years ago with my family. I have experience in, assisting individual with disabilities in their various group homes, with activities of daily living. I have experience in assisting with nursing care in a hospital and nursing home facilities.

I have over 5 years experience in the care giving industry.  I have knowledge in mental healthcare such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, Autism care, physically disabled and many more I am hard working and trust-worthy and applied efficiency in all manner of difficult situations, and I am a spirited team worker, reliable and dependable. I have goood communication skills. My objective is to contribute towards the wellbeing of my clients in a good team environment, and to ensure joy and happiness to the families under my care. I love being around the elderly people and giving them the care they deserve as they were once the ones that cared and built the community that I live in and am enjoying it freedom. Knowing I shell one day be in that position and would one day need the same help. I love seeking advice from them as they have been through things that I haven't. I feel horned when I have been able to help in a positive way to being joy or peace in someone's life.

I have been a CNA for 2 years now. I first became interested in care-giving when my grandfathers kidneys failed. After the first year of going to a facility for dialysis, he began to do at home dialysis. When he would do his own dialysis at home, I would go over to his house and do whatever I could to make his life a bit easier. After seeing how much help I was to him, I figured why not share my new interest with others who need a little bit more help to function day to day. That is when I decided to obtain my CNA certificate and decided to work as a HHA.

I became a caregiver because I love the feeling of helping people who cant or need help doing things for themselves. I do understand that sometimes people need help and I when someone appreciates that I am here to help and never harm. More than anything I love being a caregiver because without these people we wouldn't be able to have the things that we have today and this is my way of showing my appreciation to them for creating the opportunities for myself. I am proud to have achieved everything I recieve in life. I know that all of my hard work and dedication is paying off.

I became a caregiver because I love taking care of people that need help it makes me happy to help others in need. I like being a caregiver because it opens more doors to other healthcare opportunities. A personal achievement in this field is to fulfill my mother shoes in healthcare making her proud makes me proud also. I have 4 years experience in home care & geriatics rehab elderly patients I also looking for a job immediately to support my mother that has been sick. I am definitely a people person and really do care for and have a passion for helping those in need. Since my Sophomore of High School, I knew that the Health-Care field is the only career choice for me. Through out High School I've done private home health care for multiple people and that is where my journey began. I started out in health care because I enjoyed my summers with my grandmother as a child. Since then I have been challenged with kidney transplant, dialysis, cardiac bypass, among other issues in my family. I enjoy being around people. Everyone has something special inside of them. Everyone has the right to have someone to share special times with them.

I became a certified nurses aide because I took care of my family members during their time of need or before their death and it made me feel good to know that I can help someone when in need. At the end of the day I have that satisfaction of knowing that even if it was just an hour I made a difference in someone's day or life

I've been involved in healthcare for about 2 years now and I am going to college for nursing. I enjoy everything about my job and love working with my patients. Their care and safety mean everything to me.

After four years in the Navy. I spent most of my life in the medical field. First as a medical escort, then as an e.m.t. And now as a C.N.A. . I enjoy the fact that I am helping people. My greatest accomplishment in life is seeing the people I work with get better.
