I absolutely love being a caregiver. My passion and life is to help other people and support them during difficult times. I am an experienced caregiver and worked at the Denton State Supported Living Center for 8 years. I believe in dignity and respect in every position. I will treat you or your family member as my own. I have a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Studies and Psychology.

I believe in helping others that's what encourage me to be a caregiver, started out in California my first job was working at a long term care facility, as a Nurse aide at monte vista care center in Montclair CA where I took my CNA class and got my certificate in august 1991. From then I continuously working as a CNA at different facilities, hospitals, and private homes. I love what I do and with experiences that I have I know I can provide the superb care to my patients, clients, your loved ones.

I enjoyed be a caregiver because I feel her one day someone might have to take care of me so that's why I always treat my patients with love friendship, and always like a family member's. If I don't treat someone right then one day someone might treat me wrong. I'm very proud of myself because I've archived my goal of becoming a caregiver certificate.

Well a little about me. I'm a mother of two kiddos. A boy and a girl whom I love dearly. I went to college at NCTC to study cosmetology and it was fun while it lasted but that's not what my soul was made out for, I started caregiving back in highschool when you could go to work and still earn credits for school. I worked for SkyView living center and we took care of kids with special needs and I feel in love with being able to give someone a helping hand in their time of need. Ive been doing ever since. What makes me a great caregiver is I see everyone i work with as my family that i only want best for. I been doing this sent i could remember as a young girl my mother always had me help with people that are unable to take care for there self i feel like this is my calling. I became a caregiver 18 years ago when I lost my mom to cancer, I worked day and night caring for her making sure she had the needs to keep going. Hello!! My names Brittany, I have over 10 years experience as a caregiver. The first 4 years of my career was with the state of Texas. I am currently seeking new patients as being in this field with elderly that's 1 of the downfalls, I do prefer to work with elderly but will help wherever is needed. Even just for advice or random questions, no question is stupid. I always highly recommend asking no matter how small it may seem. Their wellbeing is key and im willing to help in anyway I can, so please don't hesitate to ask day or night.
