Some of my best personality traits would be understanding, compassionate, motivated. I became a caregiver when my great grandmother got so old she couldn't care for herself. When I'm caring for a Resident I don't look at it as a job, I look at it like we're family because we are. I come to work and treat you with dignity and respect as I would like anyone to do for myself. My Granddad had Cancer and I enjoyed helping him ever bite of the way until he passed.
