I have spent almost 20 years working for Retina surgeons, Orthopedic surgeons, Pediatric, Glaucoma, Cardiovascular as well as Dermatology. When I'm caring for a Resident I don't look at it as a job, I look at it like we're family because we are. I am 36 and have been in caregiving around five years. The need for elderly caregivers was brought to my attention when we had to find help for my then ailing grandfather. Since then caregiving has become a job and a passion. I view the elderly as the foundations of our communities. They spent their lives caring for and nurturing others and deserve that same consideration when their bodies and minds start to fail them.
