I have been doing in home senior care for 2+ years. With a local company. I care for my Mother on all post-op situations. I also give her support care weekly. I have just completed the AR CNA course testing out at: 100%+5 written, and 99% clinical. I will test with the state soon. I am out going.l, Self- motivated, and am a stickler for the rules and proceedires. I am most proud of my ability to connect with and advocate for residents/clients.

I have a long history of taking care of loved ones from an early age. I come from a family in which my baby brother was born with Down syndrome and special needs and my mother developed cancer later in life, going through chemo and radiation, unfortunately passing away when I was just 15. I was then responsible for helping to raise and care for my two younger brothers at that time. So growing up I became well accustomed to taking care of others and became quite familiar with In-Home Care. I currently work as an ER technician working in a hospital that specializes in Bariatrics and Orthopedics.

I've been working as a community support/caregiver for almost 30 years. I am patient, compassionate, understanding, easy going, get along with everybody and I am fast learner. I've been in nursing school but due to pregnancy did not get my degree. But I worked and have experienced with nursing home facility, ER, home health and private care setting. I was trained and experienced how to give a shots (insulin-B12). Ive been in so many workshops regarding home health and earned certifications. I've been in medication management training. I love working with people. I love to see my clients happy face when they see me. My greatest achievement is when my clients acknowledge my hard work. I give quality care with passion to my clients. I believe quality over quantity.

I became a caregiver because I love to help people. I wanted to become a caregiver because it runs in my family, my grandmother was a LPN so I want to follow in her footsteps. I am very careing and have a kind heart, I'm passionate about everything I do.

I became interested in healthcare in Junior high. At 16 I obtained my CNA license and started taking college level nursing classes in highschool while maintaining a full time job as a CNA. I have 10 plus years experience in in home health, rehab facilities and hospitals. I have a true passion for my work and like to think that the work I do can help someone elses life become just a little bit easier.

I'm a very loving, caring and nurturing person. I have a big loving heart. I believe everybody deserves to be loved, cared for and have somebody there to talk to them and to listen to them. I enjoy being there for people and seeing that they are taking care of, loved, and that they are not alone. I am proud to say that I am a Christian and that I have some great amazing healthy children and grandchildren. God and my family come first and each and every person's home that I walk into I look at them as my family and they become a big part of my family and I treat them and love them just as they are my family. This is not just a paycheck to me this is about taking care of people and showing them the love and care that they deserve. I have been into clients homes that it is literally broke me into seeing how they have been treated or how they are living and that they have nobody that seems to care. I want to help people know that they are important and they are very much loved.

Hi my name is Angie, I became a offical licensed cna in 2009 after taking care of my dads mother who had Alzheimer's disease and dementia along with other medical conditions, I have always loved helping people and animals my dream job growing up was either a doctor or a veterinarian, unlike most little girls of a princess or something else, i am very patient and understanding person i can see evryones opinion and and very cool under pressure and stressful situations. Due to accidents when I was younger and injurys on the job I have a bad back and habe back issues so I have to be careful with lifting things, but am still very strong .
