I have just completed the AR CNA course testing out at: 100%+5 written, and 99% clinical. I will test with the state soon. I love being around older people. Older is really not the correct adjective because the heart and mind do not age, My job is to make sure my clients are happy and well as they possibly can be. I been a CNA for 5 years I have worked in a bunch skilled and none skilled nursing homes. Well I love to help people and my grandma was in and out of nursing homes. So I got to go and I wanted to make a difference in there life's. I enjoy putting a smile on there face just because they in a nursing home don't mean they can't live a little and have fun . Caregiving is just in my nature. I moved from Colorado to Arkansas to care for my cousin who was in desperate need of care. I went to the Schmieding Center in Springdale for training, which is supposed to be the best school in the country at one point in time. That schooling made me much better at caring for the needs of others. I love to feel genuinely appreciated. Nothing gives me greater self-worth than knowing I'm helping someone who needs it. I'm always very happy when others notice and compliment me on the work I do!

I became interested in healthcare in Junior high. At 16 I obtained my CNA license and started taking college level nursing classes in highschool while maintaining a full time job as a CNA. I have 10 plus years experience in in home health, rehab facilities and hospitals. I have a true passion for my work and like to think that the work I do can help someone elses life become just a little bit easier.

I'm a very loving, caring and nurturing person. I have a big loving heart. I believe everybody deserves to be loved, cared for and have somebody there to talk to them and to listen to them. I enjoy being there for people and seeing that they are taking care of, loved, and that they are not alone. I am proud to say that I am a Christian and that I have some great amazing healthy children and grandchildren. God and my family come first and each and every person's home that I walk into I look at them as my family and they become a big part of my family and I treat them and love them just as they are my family. This is not just a paycheck to me this is about taking care of people and showing them the love and care that they deserve. I have been into clients homes that it is literally broke me into seeing how they have been treated or how they are living and that they have nobody that seems to care. I want to help people know that they are important and they are very much loved.
