Hello My name is Joachima I am a 41 years of age married with two beautiful daughters and an ordained missionary.I have always wanted to know what my passion was in the ministry and God has blessed me with the gift of compassion of caring for people well being so in this life I want to accomplish what God has for me to do and be a blessing in other people lives.

Being a caregiver is more than going to sit with a resident to me I wanna make sure my residents are happy , comfortable and feel safe with me in their home . I wanna do what's asked of me and make sure my resident are well taken care of and I meet there needs every day . I'm currently in college to become a CNA and so with working with residents will make things a little bit more challenging for me to make sure I'm doing my best and giving a full 100% at all times . I enjoy being a caregiver because I get to make people happy and I get to know the person. I'm proud of myself because going in as a CNA I've been asked why are doing and my answer is always the same I wanna help people who can't do things for themselves.

I'm a single mother of three boys. My oldest son has septo optic dysplasia and autism. He is special needs and is the light of my life. My other two sons are very young and active! I was married to my late husband for about 4 years and then a few months after we got married he was developing signs of an illness and after months of traveling back and forth to Little Rock, Arkansas he was finally diagnosed with ALS. Shortly after his body didn't take long to start shutting down slowly and painfully. We struggled with this awful disease all the way up until his death on March 9, 2021. While dealing with this hard situation it has taught me a lot about compassion and how it is important to show love and care for individuals who are dealing with a unfortunate life ahead of them. Not just those in need but everyone who we come in contact with in our everyday lives.

I have the heart for this . This is my passion and what I love to do . Even though clients need help they are still people . Making the client feel as independent as possible . Graduating college.

I love being able to take care of others and make sure they are well taken care of because we all are human and matter.

I am Heather White. I recently located to Arkansas from Wisconsin. I have worked in the Caregiving field for approximately 3 1/2 years. I have worked in assisting living in a nursing home setting, in Behavioral Health facilities, as well as facility for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and in a in home Caregiving setting as well. I am a very kind, honest, understanding, caring, detailed and organized person. I have always been very compassionate about helping others and helping them achieve their goals, hopes or whatever they want to pursue in life. As a caregiver, my most cherished moments are when I get to see clients smile and truly be happy. I value hard work and strive to do my very best everyday. Honestly when I first started working in Caregiving, I had no idea what it entailed, I applied for a job to support my family. After I was offered a job and started working, I became very fond of the profession. Three and a half years later, I still want to work in the Caregiving field and further pursue a career in the area as well.
