I am a great caregiver because I will treat each person I care for with dignity, respect and kindness. I am responsible and dedicated to this line of work. I will help with maintaining a clean and comfortable as well as safe environment. I try to improve quality of life through adaptive progressive strategies. what attracted me to become a caregiver was helping to care for my grandmother and my mother, it made me feel good to be able to help them. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is bringing a smile on my clients face. A personal achievement I have is seeing a client get better after I care for them.

I am compassionate and attentive to my clients. I do thorough job. The safety of my clients come first. I listen to them and hold conversation with them even when they don't make sense in the case of dementia. I'm observant and prompt on my job. I have worked as a CNA for more than 10 years. I have worked in the hospital, nursing homes and homes although my CNA license expired. I am also registered in the California State Registry for home care giver. I'm also in the data base as a CNA in the state of California but expired license.

I'm compassionate, caring, dependable and reliable. Not having a grandparent and being able to experience working with elderly people make me feel close to having one. Spending time with my client being able to talk to them listen to their stories and comfort them when they are feeling sad or lonely. Working with a client that has dementia or Alzheimer's and feels threatened by my presence. After introducing myself and talking to them and showing them that I'm no threat or mean any harm ti them they begin to trust me and we get along just well. That makes me feel accomplished and happy.

I have been taking care of the elderly, special needs, adults & children for over 30 years. I have a big heart and I always make my clients very happy. I am 24 years old I have been a CNA since 2020, during COVID I decided to get my CNA because I wanted to start my career in Nursing and help families who struggle with caring for their loved ones. I love what I do! I am in school working towards getting a RN degree hopefully to be finished by 2025! I am a foodie, I love to cook new dishes and try new foods. I love to clean I love to crochet and do other crafts in my free time.

I'v been a lead stylist at a wig salon. Ive work with clients who are dealing with cancer as well as auto immune disorder's I also work with in home care work for my mother . I've been told I'm very detailed and patient I do have a optimistic personality and when I'm over something I make sure my job is done right and proper. I am social as well .

At that moment, I am the only person in the world who knows how to best take care of my parents. I know their medical needs, their day-to-day care routine, their little habits, and what they like and don't like. I am qualified to be their caregiver and I am giving them the best care and attention they deserve. I hope that what I tell myself is something that you tell yourself also. I didn't feel prepared when I first became a caregiver, but with the support of my family, doctors, and social workers I made it through. Being a caregiver to my parents as they age has been so rewarding and I am proud of my role. I love being a caregiver.
