I have been there when it has come to having babies (they grown now) after surgery, or a long time position of assistant. I love what I do, I have compassion for the hurting and patience. Hi, I first became a caregiver because I wanted to know what it was like helping someone in need. After my first client I realized how much I love being a caregiver. I enjoy everything about my job. I feal very lucky and blessed to have found my calling. I love learning new things especially if they are medical related. I have done case management in a residential home which included scheduling appointments, ordering medications and/or medical equipment, Interview and training new caregivers and weekly meal planning. I have worked with patients with COPD, hoyer lift,MS,Dementia and Alzheimer's and skin cancer treatments. I have also experience in hospice care. The bond that I create with my clients is a wonderfull experience. I like to bake and try new recepies. On my spare time I like to go shopping, do arts and crafts, read non fiction books and watch movies. Oh and I recently started painting.! I think everyone has something unique about themselves and what ever their talent is or was I like to get inspired by it and try new things.

As so my mom took over and I went to Cali to take on my dream full time .. I have worked with asl patients , Quadriplegic , dementia, Alzheimer's, mental health as well as kids . I started off with independent care and later moving on to facilities as well as obtaining my med tech . Later on had to go back to take care of my grandfather and mom who passed away now I take care of my mom and moved her out to live with me in Temecula . Hello! I'm currently a CNA and EMT. The main reason I became a caregiver is because I want to make a difference in someone's life. I also just enjoy working with people and taking care of and assisting those who may have difficulty with certain activities. I have worked in both a facility and home setting, but I enjoy the home setting because I am able to be one on one with my patient to make deeper connections. I pay attention to detail and I'm very patient, I understand that sometimes there may be changes in plans and that things may not always go as planned, but I can adjust to any situation and make decisions that are best for my patient. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I was able to become certified as a nursing assistant and as a home health aid, while working part time and going to school full time.
