My personality positive attitude, very welcoming and understanding. I have a disabled brother and I care for him so I put a little extra care in as if they are my family. I enjoy getting to know the family and the person and become apart of their circle . I have achieved so much thus far I'm a CPT,Medical assistant, HHA, and still pursuing a nursing degree.

Because I'm into the person not only into my work, I really love being creative meaning always finding was to use arts ,crafts, puzzles plus I'm alert concerning the needs of the person I'm a great listener I always remember this saying treat people the way you would like to be treated and it will come back to you. I enjoy having conversation with different people because I'm very teachable plus I've been told I'm the best caregiver the company had this isn't just a job for me its relationships being build with the individuals that I meet I haven't met a client that was dissatisfied with my work yet and I've been doing this for while and I love it. Yes you have challenging clients but the first this I would say is that I'm sorry that your feeling this way today what can we do to make this a better day and if this doesn't work I'll get a book of there choice or a puzzle I will try all I know to get though until something work I'm a person that study peoples action, body language and moods so I will know when something isn't right things I've achieved is knowing that I give my all in taking care of a life that is entrusted in my hands and I don't take that for granted you never know someone might have to take care of me. In closing I will always be the best at what I do and that's giving the best care to the client that they need.

Hello my name is Princess Hall. I have been a caregiver for ten years now. I have always had passion for people with disabilities as a young child. In high school I used my down time to help feed,read,and conversate with them. My goal was to make them feel like they could do and be any and everything their hearts desired. That was the beginning of my passion for helping others. When I began working as a caregiver everyone pointed out how great I was and insisted that I further my education. In doing so I have worked with many people ranging from the elderly to people with disabilities. I now possess a CNA licence. I know being a caregiver is my calling in life and I take pride in it.

To be a good caregiver you have to be passionate, loyal and caring. You can't go into the healthcare field and think that all person needs are the same because it's not. You have to be flexible to the needs of others. Why I became a CNA I just love caring for others, to know at the end of the day that I was able to help someone that may have read the newspaper for 30 plus year's, but there health may not allow them to see very well or just someone to go get there newspaper. In life its the little things that count. And i just love being apart of the things we sometimes take for granted. .

I have 5 years of experience as a Home Health Aide with extensive skills. I have worked with all kinds of clients: cancer patients, hospice patients, diabetic patients, etc. I enjoy working as a HHA and offering my compassionate care to those who really need my help. I love and have the upmost respect to my patients and others to serve and give them the best possible care in what their health allows me to do. I took care of my mother and sister at the same time,who was both on dialysis while their time on this earth. They did not have to go into a nursing home,because they had me, someone who was qualified to do the job at home,this was my greatest challenge, but it worked out fine. This really attracted me to continue to work as a caregiver. Knowing how to communicate to other officials and getting the job done right. I have worked to many Health CareAgencies, Nursing Home,and Hospitals. I know and have been trained by the best in the field. My biggest achievement was when I continue to become a Licensed Practical Nurse to really upgrade my skills,because I really care about people health problems and I look at myself and say.
