Because I'm into the person not only into my work, I really love being creative meaning always finding was to use arts ,crafts, puzzles plus I'm alert concerning the needs of the person I'm a great listener I always remember this saying treat people the way you would like to be treated and it will come back to you. I enjoy having conversation with different people because I'm very teachable plus I've been told I'm the best caregiver the company had this isn't just a job for me its relationships being build with the individuals that I meet I haven't met a client that was dissatisfied with my work yet and I've been doing this for while and I love it. Yes you have challenging clients but the first this I would say is that I'm sorry that your feeling this way today what can we do to make this a better day and if this doesn't work I'll get a book of there choice or a puzzle I will try all I know to get though until something work I'm a person that study peoples action, body language and moods so I will know when something isn't right things I've achieved is knowing that I give my all in taking care of a life that is entrusted in my hands and I don't take that for granted you never know someone might have to take care of me. In closing I will always be the best at what I do and that's giving the best care to the client that they need.

I enjoy quiet time, and repetitive activities in this day and age I don't think it is wise to be sporadic or spontaneous . Hello my name is Princess Hall. I have been a caregiver for ten years now. I have always had passion for people with disabilities as a young child. In high school I used my down time to help feed,read,and conversate with them. My goal was to make them feel like they could do and be any and everything their hearts desired. That was the beginning of my passion for helping others. When I began working as a caregiver everyone pointed out how great I was and insisted that I further my education. In doing so I have worked with many people ranging from the elderly to people with disabilities. I now possess a CNA licence. I know being a caregiver is my calling in life and I take pride in it.

To be a good caregiver you have to be passionate, loyal and caring. You can't go into the healthcare field and think that all person needs are the same because it's not. You have to be flexible to the needs of others. Why I became a CNA I just love caring for others, to know at the end of the day that I was able to help someone that may have read the newspaper for 30 plus year's, but there health may not allow them to see very well or just someone to go get there newspaper. In life its the little things that count. And i just love being apart of the things we sometimes take for granted. .

In my 30 plus years of work experience I have developed excellent customer service skills, critical thinking skills and problem solving skills. I am very punctual, organized and detail-oriented. I have 11 years of Vent Unit experience and 1 1/2 years of Rehab Unit experience. Growing up I was always one to take care of others. I like to see and help my patients and make sure they are comfortable. I like to hold conversations with them and listen to there life experiences. I am personally proud of being able to be there for my patients, encourage them along whatever there specific journey is and be a hand to hold and a shoulder to cry on.

I became a care provider because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of seniors. The thing I like most about being a care provider is providing seniors with the ability to age in place. A personal accomplishment that I am most proud of is opening my company. I am a very out going individual who like to help others in times of need.
