Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Zachary Oswald and I hope to be your helper. I am 34 years old and have been in health care for a little over 13 years currently. I have a very wide range of experience so far on my journey. I am CNA, PCT, CBRF and CPR certified. I have lots of experience in and out of facilities all the way up to hospitals & clinics and have been able to work with everything from basic needs to full assist, as well as in home care, rehabilitation, long term and short term care. I like to believe I am very well rounded. I am a current nursing student going for my RN currently. I take pride in my work by providing best care possible within my abilities. I am very passionate about this line of work and have been from a young age since I grew up taking care of several family members. So if I'm taking care of your family they will be treated like they were my own allowing me to give them top notch care.

I am very loyal, protective, intuitive, and caring. I have 21 plus years experience in caregiving. Being a caregiver is not for everyone, but what sets me apart from most is I am a natural empath. Working with people in general requires a natural nurturer; which I am. Helping people young or old allows me to experience people on a different scale. I realised caregiving was my calling about 20 years ago. I was offered a private position and I fell in love with it. I enjoy many aspects of being a caregiver. Everyone is different, so I enjoy learning new things about people. I can honestly say I find it fascinating to have the opportunity to help people from all walks of life. I also am proud to say it takes a special individual to overcome adversities and have a positive outlook even after difficult or complicated experiences.

I have been a CNA for 7 years now. I have worked in all different types of facilities.

I became a caregiver because I absolutely love to care for people. Taking care of someone has always been a great pleasure of mine. Taking care of someone gives me a purpose and it is what I feel I was put here for. My greatest achievement is my children they mean the world to me and I will go above and beyond for them. I have been a stay at home mom for 5 years and I am so excited to be able to join the work force again as they are in school now.

I think caregiving is very rewarding. I am helping families with their loved ones with everyday tasks they are no longer to able to do themselves. I have a whole new view on what i do, i not only cook,clean,and care of this person. I get to build a relationship with them,their families, hear their stories and be there when no one else can. I feel i come in and put a smile on anyones face. I was once told by my pervious client that i brightened his day knowing i was going to see him the days i was scheduled! I am very honest and trustworthy and love talk and make people feel comfortable. I am good at listening and being patient when needed to be. I enjoy taking care of people,and would enjoy even more getting to build a new relationship with someone. There's nothing more rewarding knowing your family member is takin care of by someone reliable,and that someone is me!

When I was a freshman in high school, I immediately went into first call medical school and received my certified nursing assistant, and my home health aide certification. I worked for several years As a CNA or HHA in Southwest Florida. I eventually moved to Pennsylvania for the next 17 years there was no work in that field and I went on to work in warehouses and manufacturing plants. Now that I have moved back to Northwest Florida I would like to get back into working and doing what I'm passionate about. I have a daughter with leukemia, so I am a constant caregiver, even when I am not being paid or on the clock. I am very domesticated and love working with people helping people I am a natural people pleaser.

Question 1:Empathy and compassion. ... By showing both empathy and compassion caregivers will let the person they are caring for know that they care about the person and want to do what they can to help. Question 2: I used to care of my grandfather when I was a little girl. Question 3:I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. I take pride in there attention to detail. I don't want a desk job; I like being physical in my job and using my body as well as my brain. I am seeking a career with growing opportunities. Question 4: My greatest accomplishment is going to nursing school.

I am a retired nurse and am highly experienced in several areas. I have worked many care giver jobs last few years. I have done live in and love out both. I have many upstanding references apon request.

I LOVING HELPING OTHERS. I LOVE SPENDING TIME WITH MY PATIENTS AND LISTENING TO THERE STORIES AND GIVING THEM THAT ONE ON ONE TIME THEY NEED.SOME PEOPLE DON'T HAVE A FAMILY AND THEY NEED THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE TO HELP THEM. AT THE END OF THE DAY I FEEL COMPLETE WHEN I HAVE DONE MY JOB AND PUT A SMILE ON THERE FACE.
