I have several years of abundant caregiver experience as well as previous CNA experience. I have been a private caregiver for a Parkinson's client, a quadriplegic Vietnam veteran, and open wound, heart disease client. I have found that private care is best for those in need and enjoy helping others remain in their own homes with a sense of individuality, safety, and ensure I deliver compassion and support.

I grew up with a huge family, my mother was a Foster care provider, my dad was a Chief Fireman, I am the youngest of 8children, I grew up watching my mom take care of handicapped children my entire life, I always loved seeing how happy it made her to be able to help someone, even if it were just by giving that child love, I've grown to follow her footsteps and I just love being able to help someone if I can, even if can't make them better health wise, I can help them feel better emotionally, everyone deserves the BEST CARE POSSIBLE, that's why I love doing this job! I'm experienced in all aspects of Nursing, I've done pretty much everything expected, I am Certified in Nursing, I'm in school for Phlebotomy, I worked 15yrs in Dementia Care, as well as Alzheimers. I'm very fun to be around and love the new experiences with each client.

I feel like what makes me a great caregiver is I put my clients or residents first. I care for them like I care for my own children. I chose to go into caregiving because at the end of the day I know I made a difference in their day making life a bit easier for them and giving them a better outlook on life knowing somebody is there for them. It's very hard for me to leave my residents because they have became part of my family, my family knows them all and even my children love my residents and my residents and coworkers love my family as well. I feel like I mainly chose this path because I wanted to be able to help others as much as others have helped and blessed me. If I can do it for my own family why not share my care with others who need it as well. It warms my soul to see my family and the people I support smile and feel loved because they know I truly care.

I became a caregiver after caring for my grandmother after she fell ill. I love being able to help people. I love making others happy and making a difference in the lives of others. This is what I enjoy doing. I am proud of the fact I change peoples lives everyday. I have been a CNA for 7 years and have worked in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and now corrections. I have worked with residents with dementia and alzheimers. I absolutely loved it!

I have many years experience with caregiving and have been in the health field since 1984. Always attending to those special needs of the client, with the upmost respect. Doing any tasks at hand, according to the care plan. To make sure, they know they can trust me and I am there for them. I helped taking care of my heavenly Stepdad and it made my heart whole. I would take care of others, just like they was family. I am very tentative and compassionate and want them to trust me. I love helping out others, in time of need. Is a position where it requires many hats and I have worn many. I have been there for many, until the end. To do my job that best that I can, to show them I care and see a smile, would complete my day.
