Hello! My name is Andrea, you may also call me Andy (for short) I've been a CNA since 2008. What's helped me enjoy my career more than anything is my residents & families. I consider everyone I have got the pleasure of taking care of like extra grandparents and I couldn't thank their families enough for sharing them with me. I've been trained & also have worked with Alzheimer's, & dementia. My grandmother whom I took care of for a couple years also had this disease. I've been trained on hoyer lifts many times. Also I've been educated on puree foods, thicken liquids & mechanical soft. I have a family of 2 of which I absolutely adore. My 13 yr old son & 1 yr old little girl. They keep me busy when I'm not working our summers consist of baseball games, swimming & learning something new everyday.

Hello, I am a young energetic, helpful, and compassionate young woman that just graduated from Indiana University. As a caregiver I believe in working with the client versus working for the client. It is imperative to me as a caregiver to learn what's best for the client to provide personalized care. I am passionate about caring for others and working with them to be able to live and cope with daily life. Well I stayed with the company for 7plus years and I had one of my clients died on me we became very close and I have worked some ungrateful clients who were bossy mean out of the 5 clients I had 1 was I could not deal with anymore .
