Hello. I'm Kadi. I'm 23. I've been doing healthcare for almost three years. I've worked with teens and kids and adults with disabilities or mental issues. I've done adls. I've cooked, cleaned, run errands. Worked with dementia patients. Done hoyers and lifts. I've taken med classes. Passed meds.

As a health professional ( I have 20 years experience from my county) I have devoted my expertise to take care of people. I'm passionate to help people. I'm confident in my abilities to deliver basic patient care skills. I have worked directly with people living with HIV and have demonstrated to patients and their families how to conduct DLA activities. I was proud with my an ability to counsel patients and their families by accepting the disease also showed my ability to communicate effectively, patiently with different types of people.

I am known for my compassionate nature, empathy, and patience, which allow me to connect deeply with individuals under my care. I possess excellent communication skills, which are crucial for building trust and establishing effective relationships with both clients and their families. Furthermore, my attention to detail ensures that I can meet the specific needs and preferences of each person I assist. What attracted me to being a caregiver is the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives on a daily basis. I have always been drawn to helping others and find immense fulfillment in providing support, comfort, and companionship to those who require it. Being able to contribute to someone's well-being and witness the positive impact of my care brings me immense joy and satisfaction. One of the aspects I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the chance to form meaningful connections with individuals I assist. Building relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding allows me to create a supportive environment where clients feel valued and secure. I find great fulfillment in being a reliable source of emotional support and helping individua ls maintain their independence and dignity. I look forward to the possibility of making a positive impact on the lives of those entrusted to my care.

My compassion for my current residents is outstanding. I became a caregiver because my dad was diagnosed many years ago with dementia and Parkinson disease. I learned then that I truly enjoyed providing cares for people. I enjoy the friendships I've made with my residents throughout the years. A personal achievement that I am proud of is being as dependable as I am. Willingness to help out with hours, pick up extra shifts.

I do have a CNA license. However I don't feel comfortable releasing the number online. I like being a caregiver mainly because I believe empathy is key to enjoying life. I have seen so much in the years I have been at the nursing home, everyone needs empathy and I hope with every encounter I have- even outside of work that I show that.
