Hello! My name is Kayleah, and I have been a direct support professional for about 4-5 years now. I truly enjoy and take pride in helping the people that I'm caring for. Being a reliable person who is always there to help when people are in need fuels my drive to excel for my individuals and patients that need my assistance on a daily basis. I enjoy administering meds, cooking, cleaning and assisting with ADLS to make sure my individuals or patients know they have a reliable, caring person to always lean on to get the job done with no excuses!

Over the years, I have worked in various roles where the need to work closely with other people, follow strict rules and procedures, and demonstrate understanding and empathy have been required. Hi Everyone, my name is randnesha skinner,I like to be called nesha for short.I have a certificate as a Pca,Home care aid and also Certified Nurse assistant.I graduated last year with and Associates in science degree.have been in the healthcare field for over 10yrs and I love it.Im proud to be one of many to help the elderly with achieving their goals and daily living activities.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I pay attention to details. I do exactly what I'm told, asked and also give advice according to my expertise and I tell the truth about what is needed when it matters. I first started working with elders within my monastery taking care of their basic needs and taking them back and forth to doctor's appointments and following their doctors care of plan. That transmitted to my professional work life as a certified nursing aide, as I work in the nursing homes and also in private home settings. It brings me joy to see those who are in need of help receive the assistance that they need without taking away their dignity and also giving them the extra help that's necessary.... at the same time allowing them to do what they can for themselves. I have a broad range going from helping those with terminal illnesses all the way to those who just need extra assistance around the house. There is no job too big or too small for me to do.

I became a caregiver 10 years ago because I really enjoy helping and caring for the elders. The rewarding smiles and thankfulness from my clients makes it very rewarding for me. My own personal achievement was when I went back to college at the age of 50 and graduated as a Certified Medical Assistant. I am a 54 year old single woman with 2 beautiful daughters and 4 wonderful grandchildren. I recently moved back to NY after being away for 2 years and work in a rehabilitation for Neuro International where I was A Medical Tech for 2 yeas, I assisted with Medicine, cognitive therapy, bathing, Dr. appointments, and their daily living. I as a very reliable person, caring and always giving myself over and above to my clients.

I became a caregiver to help those who need help. I love to see the client/patient regain their independence. Some do not recover however, and making them comfortable is very important to me. When I do my job properly and the patient is content and happy.

Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. With two years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting adults' and seniors' independence. I'm patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I'm eager to use my skills to assist your family and provide compassionate care for your loved one.

I love to work as a care giver because I get to spend time with others and I get to learn more. I'm studying to be a doctor. I always treat my seniors like if they where my parents and I always have a positive mood. I took a cna class and did 187 hours of training.

What makes me a great,care giver is,that,I follow the rules of what is needed to be done, I make sure that,my job is done I take very good care of each and everyone of my clients, I am a good listener, I'm always on time to where I need to be and ,I am a very good provider, and I always make sure that,at the end of my shift my job is complete, I am very easy to get along with.
