Even though I do not have a C.N.A certification as of yet, I truly believe I'm every bit as skilled. Patient caregiver

I became a caregiver because I was witnessing firsthand how individuals needing care we're being treated and I want to step in and help to make sure they were getting the care they deserved. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving is seeing and feeling how I am positively impacting peoples lives everyday, and the joy that comes with knowing that you're making an impact. I am just proud to be a caregiver helping people in need.

To start I volenteeed for almost 3 months before I accepted my first caregiving job just to make sure I was cut out for the job since then I have provided care for every stage of life from beginning of life to end of life . I've done hospice respite and full care . For people who need stand by care to full assist I've done facility as well as in home care I'm experienced with cathader care colostomy and ostomy care diabetic care gi tubes hoyer lifts sit to stand lifts all vital signs medication management transfers bowel and bladder care incontinence pet care house keeping wound care diabetic care gluten free care and child care disability care exercise life skills to just name some of the things I have experience with . I care for my clients and residents the way I would want my grandparents or parents taken care of . I give my whole hearted efforts when working with the people I care for. I love my job

I'm kind, caring, patient and love working with seniors. I wanted to be a caregiver after my grandmother got sick it gave me a drive to want to be a caregiver. I love working with seniors because I love hearing their stories and taking care of them.

I've been a CNA for about 4 years and I've dealt with many different personalities and I feel I can adapt very well to many situatuons. I feel im easy to get along with, I'm caring and I pay attention to the patients needs. I was a volunteer firefighter for about 3 years and I really enjoyed it but I wanted to do more, and that's when I found CNA school and I've loved it ever since. I enjoy being a CNA because of all the patients and family members I get to form a bond/friendship with. I love seeing my patients and being able to interact with them. Working in hospice care I loved hearing from different team members about how much the patients enjoyed me and when the patients would pass away I felt very fortunate that the family would invite me to the service and allow me to be apart of that. I'm still in contact with some of my patients family because we formed such a great bond/love for one another.

I also worked with memory care patients, and patients with mental health problems. I have worked with medical fragile children, and kids, and adults with Autism, and other developmental issues. Most of my work history have been with the elderly, and hospice.
