My mother was an RN that owned a large senior day care that I grew up in, in her twilight years I became her caregiver so I've been on both sides of the 'caregiver' role, I know how hard it is to find a good match and how important dependability, honesty and a compassionate heart is. And because I have compassion for what i do and I tell anyone that who want me to work with a loved one if they don't have enough money to pay I'm willing to negotiate.
