Hello my name is LaToya I been a caregiver for 7+years now im a CNA certificate nurses aide. I start doing this kind of work with my own family then I start working with clients in their homes, nursing homes and now the hospital. I work full time at south plains rehab in Lubbock. I love what I do. It just makes my heart happy when I can make someone else life a little better. I love going to work and my clients smile and say I made there day a little better by being there. To be a caregiver/CNA you have to have a heart for the job so I know my heart is where it needs to be.

I have 2 years of Nursing School which helps me in the ADLs. I've always enjoyed helping others and sharing their life experiences. I am drawn to the life of caring and sharing. I was in many beauty pageants which helps me with socializing and communication. Serving as Miss Ft. Worth , Texas was probably my favorite achievement.
