Hello my name is Rachel. I recently just moved back to Virginia a year ago. I've been a caregiver for 10 years. I love being a caregiver and helping bring happiness to someone's life. I'm skilled in most everything non-medically related. I can help with transporting to Doctors, cooking, laundry, bathing, exercising, light house cleaning, companionship, I know how to use a Hoyer lift. Of course I can transfer with gaitbelt (as needed). I treat all my clients like family as that is how I got into doing this type of profession. I took care of my grandparents in hospital beds inside our living room for years up until their very last breath. I take that same type of compassion with me to every clients house I go to. The most part I like about being a caregiver is that you get to help people who are in need. Once, I start helping with the family.
