I have experience with Alzheimer's and dementia as well for the last 6 years. My certifications include Fundamentals of Care giving, HHC License, Alzheimer's and Dementia Care, and CPR and First Aid certification. I charge $18-$20 hour depending on care. What attracted you to being a caregiver? I love making peoples lifes easier, I love organization and the fact I feel good about myself when I go home. Everything about the job, and I love getting good comments from clients when I suggest we do something an easier way, they say, "wow I never thought of doing it that way" that's a sense of achievement for me.
