I started doing caregiving in 2006 working for IHSS. I stayed with them until 2011. I loved the one on one with the client's. I have worked in facilities but didn't like that people weren't always getting the best care from all of the caregivers. I been doing private homes for a lot of years since. I love what I do and I am very grateful to do it. I have a lot of patience and compassion for my clients and there families. I try to give them the best care that they deserve. I do currently work for Cross Country Workforce doing Caregiving. I enjoy my job and I love working with folks. I love being able to help someone that's in need of care. It makes my heart smile.

Caregiving is a very personal job, still I find ways to incorporate love, humor, cheerfulness, fun, hope, trust and optimism into my care. I began my caregiven duties, with my mother back in 2014, she got sick and I began caregiving for her until she died in 2018, I began caregiving for my grandmother who passed away in 2019 it was a very rough ride for me, I learned a lot especially from my grandmother who was an RN before her passing. I knew then I had a heart for the work and I continue to do caregiving. My specialties are working with the Elders. I do have experience working with the hospice patience.

I've been a Qualified Care Provider for over 20yrs my mother had taken sick and I was blessed to care for her till she passed away 6 yrs ago. she had congestive heart failure high blood pressure, diabetes and major depression In between caring for her I decided to foster two children for 8 yrs that I am now a proud adoptive mom! They both was diagnosed with ADHD/attention deficit also major depression. 1 yr I had a client that had 2 strokes and non verbal he had gotten really sick had to go on hospice I took care of him until he passed away he was a joy! God saw fit that caring for others was my gift to him. I'm registered and also CPR-first-aid qualified received a Certificate in Appreciation through San Bernardino County also, Certificate of Recognition from San Bernardino County.
