I'm a person that likes to help others, I'm someone that is compassionate, quick learner, dependable, and caring. I got in this field because of my great grandmother and grandmother, taking care of them showed me that this is what I wanted to do. To help people, to make them feel good and help them with they daily routine. My goal right now is to finish my studies and become a register nurse.

I became highly interested in the health care field because I knew I could make a positive difference in people's lives. I am great people's person that is well outspoken. My work stands out from others and certainly speaks for itself. I have plenty of experience, working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Emergency department. Currently have my CNA, GNA, & PCT. Not only will I get the job done but I always exceed my expectations. I strive for perfection at ALL times, no exceptions at all. Always willing to go that extra mile to satisfy my patient. I am fast paced as well as a quick learner, and always on time or earlier for work. I am a very positive person with a goal in my life that will be achieved. Always thinking positive of any and every situation, no matter what the case maybe. I make sure my work is well analyzed and complete in an orderly fashion at the end of the day. CG for about four years. I help them with feeding, changing clothes, getting them up. Shower, bathing, basic ADLs, dressing, recreational activities, and companionship.

I am a very patient, loving and caring person with a passion for helping people in need. I love to be depended on and I love meeting new people and learning new things. That's what I enjoy most about being a caregiver, the experience and having someone depending on you is a heartwarming feeling to me. One personal achievement I am proud of is completing two associates degrees back to back, it was a challenge.

I have always been more mature for my age. I grew up as an only child, only hanging around adults. I have always had a caring personality and when I was 18 after I graduated high school I started working as a CNA at an adult day care, caring for geriatrics with dementia. I fell in love with them. They may not be able to remember your name or their own name but they can tell you stories about their childhood that bring warmth to your heart. I am very good at caring for geriatrics, making them feel comfortable in embarrassing situations for them (bathing, changing soiled linen) because they still deserve dignity and respect which I make sure they know they have the upmost respect. Some geriatric patients have a hard time with caregiving because they have literally give up every ounce of independence they used to have which is hard to cope with. My personality is very smiley and happy around geriatrics which makes them feel better. I also have a very loud voice which is an advantage with geriatrics since most are hard of hearing, they can hear me because I tend to speak loudly. I am an RN however I love being a caregiver too. I am very good at caring for people, making them feel comfortable, I am very easy to talk to and educating on medical information also.

I have been in the caregiving field for over five years. I too have taken on the responsibility of taking care of loved ones until they passed away. I believe you have to have a special gift to be a caregiver and I definitely have been blessed to have that gift. If you give me the opportunity to allow me to assist in helping take care of your loved ones you will definitely be pleased.

To me being a caregiver is a fascinate job because I have a chance to help others vulnerable in fragile people they need me ,always I think helping others is the best rewords thing you can have in your life,

Miss Roberts as I come. As some things I share with you as an independent growing individual i'm also working on becoming better person each day. Im loving and caring and always taking others feeling into consideration. Firstly i'm great at any task I set to accomplish. Each job you gain it's starts within yourself you can make a job but you can't be a job. Making a job comes with dependable and reliable characteristics within self, personality, multitasking, and seeking time and patience. I always put my best foot forward. I always go with my gut feeling and I tend to never think less of any or everything. When you think the best out of any situation you receive an even better outcome. I'm always positive. I have successfully completed a training program and state examination at Morning Star Academy-School of Allied Health in Rockville, MD in 2012. Outside of homecare, my hobbies include taking care of my 3 yo son, practicing special effects makeup, painting and drawing. Previously, I worked in long-term care facilities located in Virginia. I have been working in homecare consistently since 2015. My experience in homecare has been rewarding and less stressful. I love working closely with families and clients to make sure their care and companionship needs are met. I am able to adapt quickly to different working environments. I firmly believe in providing compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for an individual. As a former employee of Snakemans Tattoo Studio I learned the importance of sterilization, blood borne pathogen safety, and customer service. I also learned the value of communication, critical thinking skills, time management, and teamwork while working as a CNA at Golden Living Center and Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury (SVWC). I am determined to continue to advance in learning and skills. I have demonstrated reliability and hard work in the past and continue to do so. I look forward to hearing from you.
