After spending several years at home full time, and adding one more child to our family, I returned to DCSD as a School Nurse in 2008 when our youngest entered first grade. I administer their medication where I have to count for narcotics at the beginning and end of my shifts. I have self-gratification each time that I am of aid to my patients and I feel very satisfied when I give care as well as having a smile on my face to cheer up my patients.
