I am an upbeat individual that takes pride in the care of my clients. I go over and beyond to make sure all their needs are meet. I have worked in 2 skilled facilities before transitioning into home health care. My have provided care for total care, assistance, neurological issues, tracheotomy care and provided care to cancer patients. I enjoy caring for clients because they need me to help them to make their last days their best days.

Empathy and compassion. Working with people in a home care setting, it is essential that a caregiver feel the desire to want to help. By showing both empathy and compassion caregivers will let the person they are caring for know that they care about the person and want to do what they can to help them. I have the patience to work with someone who needs home care it is important to me that the patient and I have an understanding. It helps to sometimes put yourself in the other person's shoes and see what it might be like to ask people for help. I'm very Reliable A great caregiver is someone that can be counted on to be there. If the caregiver says he or she is going to be there to provide home care every Thursday morning, then the caregiver shows up, unless there is an emergency. Those needing home care services need a reliable and dependable caregiver. Trustworthy. Most people who need home care services are in a vulnerable position. They are inviting someone into their home to be near their valuables. A good caregiver is someone who is trustworthy in this regard, as well as in being trusted to keep the client's information confidential. Very flexible As with most things in life, home care needs may change and unexpected events can happen. A good caregiver will be prepared to go with the flow, being flexible, so that they continue to provide good home care, even if a rigid schedule isn't being followed. Good home caregivers are those who naturally have an urge to help others. Often times they are people who have always placed a priority on helping other people. They want to make the world a better place and they do it with one home care patient at a time. Becoming a good home caregiver isn't something that will necessary happen immediately, but if the basic qualities are there, those people can develop their skills over time to become great!

First off, im a very loving woman, well known, kind hearted and if theres one thing people really know about candance is that she loves helping people i believe that helping others is one of my gifts. I love talking with others i like relating to others and their problems. Cleaning is another good quality that i have. Hello! My name is Chasity and I have been a Caregiver since 2007. I was certified as a CNA up until 2017 when I let my license lapse due to having a different job at the time. I have provided just about most types of care possible to people of every background and ethnicity. I enjoy helping people in their quality of life. I love seeing smiles on faces because I made their day a little brighter. Caregiving requires a lot of heart. I have a huge heart. Whatever I can do to help the next person, I try very hard to do that. We never know who or what we may need one day in this life. I grew up in my grandparents home and as I grew older, I became the Caregiver for my elderly grandfather. I've pretty much been doing for people since the age of about 18/19. So, I have a good bit of experience. I have worked in Nursing Homes and also Home Health. Not currently certified because I let my license lapse a few years ago after I found a job at a Store that was paying a good bit more than the Caregiving jobs were paying at the time.

Hello! My name is Felisha Evans. My expertise include excellent verbal and written communication. Among the many CNA skills, strong communication skills are one of the most important. I really enjoy working with the elderly and disabled. Which is why I am a Counselor at MDRS. I Help provide personal care attendant services to those living in the community that may be at risk of going into a nursing facility. I help avoid the facilities so that the elderly and disabled are able to live independently in there homes and community safety. My expertise also include, observation skills, ability to follow set rules and protocol, time management, organizational skills, and lastly empathy and compassion. When I was just starting out in college I know I wanted to be something where I could give back to the community and I found it by becoming a CNA and going even further and getting my degree and becoming a counselor at the department of rehabilitation.
