I am a consistent, hard worker, I pay attention to detail and I work with empathy and compassion everyday. My grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 4 years ago and I have been taking care of her ever since, this is why I am drawn to caregiving. I understand that some people just need help and there's nothing wrong with that, I would love to be the person to do it. I enjoy spending time with different individuals and making their day better. One accomplishment I am proud of is achieving my private pilot license.

My "first career" consisted in working for the government for 18 years as a contacting officer, which I retired from in 2005. This did not fulfill my needs and passion to be in the healthcare community, which I always secretly longed to do. I pursued a education as a certified nursing assistant and have been in the healthcare field for 7 yrs. I especially love the diversity of taking care of all my patients. I am a great listener and have the passion and determination to treat everyone equally. I have a lot of patience and empathy and try to make all my patients as comfortable as possible.
