What makes me a great caregiver is that I pay attention to details. I do exactly what I'm told, asked and also give advice according to my expertise and I tell the truth about what is needed when it matters. I first started working with elders within my monastery taking care of their basic needs and taking them back and forth to doctor's appointments and following their doctors care of plan. That transmitted to my professional work life as a certified nursing aide, as I work in the nursing homes and also in private home settings.
