I'm a jolly joyful individual. Determined honest and my smile can light up a room. I was attracted to being a caregiver by helping my great aunt at young age. My name is Lauren and I am 25 years old. I began my caregiving career in 2015 as a Certified Nursing Assistant working for an in-home agency in South Carolina. I enjoy being able to care for clients who cannot do for themselves. Taking care of my clients and bringing a smile to their faces is what makes this job worthwhile. I think I'm a good fit for this job not only because I'm a great worker , but I love being in this field helping others. I love the drive it gives me and making others feel good. I'm a great worker and always ready to come to work to learn and improve everyday .

I'm a very energetic caring person . I grew up with both of my grandmother's being in the healthcare field. When my son was diagnosed with a bone disease and had to be amputated it opened my eyes to helping others more. I learned that not only do you caregive but you also have to be compassionate and build people up emotionally. So from losing both of my grandmothers whom were in the healthcare field and taking care of my son whom is an amputee, I grew the longing to care for others and started in the healthcare field.

I'm great with assisting, I love to help others and make them feel love and bringing that into their life, I go above and beyond. I enjoy making others smile and to be able to bring joy to someone else that need assistance. One of my biggest achievements would be is putting my all into others.

I am Certified nursing assistant providing care to kids and adults for the past 14 years. I've worked in nursing homes, home care., assisted living and hospitals I am also CPR certified. I am patient, fun, loyal and reliable.

I am very compassionate and empathetic with excellent communication skills. I grew up with so much love and attention especially from my grand parents so when when my grandmother became ill with dementia it was a great honour to have the pleasure of taking care of her. Because I know who she was before the illness I could provide her all the love, respect and understanding she deserved. Continuing to care for my grand father after my grand mother died made me realize I wanted to build a career in care giving. Every day I have spent giving care has been indescribable blessing and inestimable pleasure. Learning from the wealth of experience of my Clients when we talk and seeing the world through their eyes is prizeless. Aging is inevitable to all and the least the younger ones can do is to show and give the older ones all the respect, care, tender love, attention and most importantly, revive their self-esteem.
