Two things that I love and enjoy doing is helping children and the elderly. My grandparents raised me from birth and they were my best friends until they passed. I've learned through raising 3 children and now having grandchildren that life is much more enjoyable by having patience and living every day to the fullest. Knowing that by simply being there and helping someone really adds warmth to my heart.

I never meet a stranger. I love meeting new people and I love helping people and help them with being as independent as possible. My personal achievement I am proud of is finishing graduate school with a master's degree in psychology that I can use to help others.

I have been an LPN for 30 years.I worked for approximately 25 years in long term care with geriatrics.I chose geriatrics after being a caregiver for my grandmother who was diagnosed with dementia.After 25 years in long term care I transitioned to hospice care for the last 5 years.I continue to work with hospice prn and I am looking to work with patients to provide in home care.During my nursing career I specialized in wound care.I am a caregiver from the heart and will provide excellent care to those that I serve.
