My name is Susan Kiarie Moturi. I have been a caregiver and a Medication Aide for the past 17 years, both in facilities and in-home private care, especially with different forms of dementia like Alzheimers, Parkinson, Vascular and lewy body dementia. I am a good listener, patient, detail oriented and compassionate. I love to organize too. After the diagnosis of our mother with Alzheimers, I realized how much care she needed and in return I knew this is what I wanted to do as a career. What I enjoy the most about caregiving, is seeing the relief of families when I am there to help, in the comfort of their own homes. I am proud to say that in the past 10 years of private caregiving, I have had only referrals, which helps me know that I must be doing something right. Thank you.

I am a reliable outgoing person who is also stable to do everything needed for your loved ones. I have taken care of loved ones with diabetes, dementia, being on hospice. I have done everything from housekeeping to bathing, errand and medication, getting them in and out of bed and dressed. I only speak English but am a fast learner and am willing to learn other languages if needed. I have reliable transportation and a very flexible schedule

I'm a mother of 4. I have been working in the medical field for 28years. I'm also a NRCMA have experience in home health also in a family practice clinic and urent care clinics as well.I have worked alot with Dementia/Alzheimer's patients. I'm also certified in First Aid/ CPR. Im a very loving and personable person.

I love being a,care giver because I enjoy helping others. I also like the feeling of them knowing I'm here to help them through anything. I have learned alot from becoming a caregiver. It has made me a stronger, very kind, noble person.

What makes me great, is the love, compassion, my loyalty to my clients and family. Everyone has a calling, a purpose in life. And for me is helping, giving and sharing with others. My biggest achievement is watching someone get their confident back and feeling that they are not in it by them selves. Sharing their smiles, laughter and even tears. Just to know they know someone really care.

I am a respectful and respecting lady. I love to care for the elderly as I want them to be happy, meet their basic needs, and be adjusted with their changes in health as life goes on. I have also seen that older people than myself like me. I did not have grandparents in my life, so I have a place for such elderly in my heart. Ever since I started visiting nursing homes and talking to them, I felt satisfied that I am meaningful to them and they enjoy my giving them company and sharing their thoughts.
