I am very well suited for the Field of Care Giving. I am a CNA. I am compassionate. I care very much about my Client's situation in life and want to do my best to help them cope and endure with their various health concerns. Also, I have more than 20 years in the care of others with various Ailments. I was attracted to this Field as a result of my Mother and Sisters involvement as well as my being a naturally caring person. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of my Clients. I look for opportunities to improve their care in whatever way I can. While earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, I volunteered at various retirement homes as well as Soup Kitchens and Meals on Wheels. I find deep joy in caring for little things such as my plants and my cat, even in spite of her, well, cattiness. Some of my art draws attention to the natural environment, which was initially one of the reasons I decided to pursue cinematic arts. My training in yoga therapy has further taught me the importance of stillness and breath, as well as nutrition. My background in nutrition has taught me how to approach conversations from a clinical standpoint, and my work as an artist has taught me how to use the imagination in order to create positive and meaningful narratives for ourselves, especially as a means to cope with the later stages of life.
