I have 30 yrs experience, I am very blessed to be able to help others. It brings me much joy. I took care of my mom,and continued helping people, I enjoy making a difference in someone's life. If I can help put a smile one someone's face, I have made a difference.

I have always enjoyed taking care of others. Watching my Dad suffer from Dementia for 10 years, built my desire in assisting others to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. I became a caregiver in 2011 to take care of my father in law until he passed away in 2013. I found this profession to be very rewarding and chose to pursue it. Building relationships with our elders, listening to their life experiences, helping with their daily activities brings me much joy. The personal achievement that I am most proud of I think would have to be my compassion and desire to help others as well as going back to school to obtain my NAC. My husband and I have been married for 34 years and have lived in Arlington for the past 24 years. We have a 28 year old daughter. A year ago we gained full custody of a 5 year old. I have spent the last year at home, devoting my time to him. He is now secure, doing well in school, it's time for me to get back out into the work force.

I am very a hard working person. I take good care of my patient. I know how to cook, clean, and make the patient comfortable when I am taking care of them. I know how to clean and change bags for catheters (men and women). I am very patient and understanding.

Iam have experience for more than 10years in this feild. I worked in the rehab/ nursing home, assistant living, adult family home and one on one on private home too. I have worked in all level of care to gain experience so that I can work as a independent person .I also know can cook good healthy food.i use to be a manager for afh.

I was a manager for a company called Res care friendship disability services in San Diego CA. I obtained most of my skills with Disability clients and mental health specialty training positive behavior support and problem solving ethic due to challenging triggers some of the clients I've worked with that had occurred. I remain positive open minded with providing compassion always as I believe mental health is important when your loved ones are sick and or vulnerable and needing a helping hand and a positive person to exceed intently to the word (help) in their life. I can pass a back ground check and I have obtained my Nurse assistant registration for 5 years in a row. I am still young and can be bubbly and fun. I am a great listener my only intention is to make a better difference and to make light in a dark place

I became a Caregiver because I love providing home caregiving services to those that would need a extra-hand at times.
