If I have any kind of developmental disability or I have become aged, weak or sick and need support, what sort of person would I like to take care of me? That is the kind of person I am. I have a lot of compassion and Love to offer. I'm patient and kind; I would do anything to make sure that the person I'm taking care of is comfortable and happy. I will make sure that they never lack what they need from me as their CNA. I believe in following rules and regulations that are laid out for me without any fail. I provided daily transferring of the patient from bed to wheelchair, to recliner and walking around the house and outside when it is safe to do so. I enjoy working with Seniors so that they can live in their homes as long as possible and so that their family members can have peace of mind. What a great caregiver means to me is to be able to show empathy and compassion toward the clients and families that I work with. One of my personally favorite achievements I'm proud of was helping one of my post-surgery clients at home with PT and OT; and enabling her to walk with a cane again instead of being restricted to a wheelchair.
