What makes me a great caregiver is that I strongly care for others and their well being. I'm reliable, I'm very understanding. I try my best to fulfill every given task that is brought upon me. I'm a great motivation person. I enjoy being their as a friend that's one main reason I became a caregiver. I like the fact that I'm able to be there for other's to give them a hand and to even just being able be have a one-on one impact is a great feeling. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is that I'm in school for nursing.

I like to think of my self as very focus driven, strong mental and physically, patient and very kind , there maybe better certified candidates, but I know I am by far the most compassionate, I just love to help people, it's give me so much joy.

After losing my grandmother & my mother 6 months apart and being the only child, was tough but it made me want to offer my love and companionship to my elderly and give them the Love and care for them as if it was my grandma & mother not a day go bye I wish they were still here and I could put a smile on there face

Hello my name is Delisa, I love to interact with anyone , I love to have fun so if a person having a hard time dealing I want to be able to put a smile on their face.

I love being able to help others. I really enjoy being a caretaker and it's more then just a job to me it a passion. I make sure to take care of others how I would want to be treated. It brings joy to me to be able to help others in their time of need and know that when I leave I did everything in my power to make my client feel comfortable and happy.

I became a caregiver because I had always wanted to be a nurse when I was younger. Also, my best friend/sister-in-law became very ill at an early age and I had wanted to take care of her but never got the chance as she passed away at age 44. My mom also became ill shortly thereafter and I promised that she would never go to a nursing home. My intention was to care for her in my home, but unfortunately she never made it home from the hospital. I vowed that if I could not help my own family then I would help someone else. I love being able to help people stay in their homes as long as possible and having the family reassured that their loved ones are being cared for in their absence. My personal achievements that I am proud of are being with two of my clients until the end of their life and knowing that I made things a bit easier for their families. As for myself, I am the mother of four sons and grew up with five older brothers.

I grow up around two CNAs in my life my grandma and aunt. I always said to myself I want to be like them then 2016 I got the opportunity for the classes.So I've been CNA since then and I love it knowing I'm help other.

I have always loved working with people and people have always taken to me nicely. I am currently in nursing school for my BSN because I want to be able to help people more. I smile a lot and people tell me that my smile makes them feel better. I have been exposed to people with all types of conditions and I have seen a lot.
