Hello, my name is Libby Mileur. I am currently 19 years old and am going to school for nursing. I also have a job Monday-Friday working at a daycare/school. On my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I LOVE shopping and eating. I think i would personally be a good caregiver because I love helping people. I love making people feel wanted and loved. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a chance to help someone with something that they cannot do their self. It also helps me be able to learn new things about people and meet her people.

I've been working in this field for 25 yrs.. Private home health care field. I love people I'm honest trustworthy caring. I'm a CNA IM A ADSP Have my first aid and CPR.

I was a licensed CNA from 2004 to 2019. I became certified when I was just 17 years old and I have loved helping people my whole life. I have worked in skilled nursing facilities as well as in-home settings. Since 2008, I have cared for many local clients in their homes and helped them with everything from daily hygiene, shopping, appointments, cooking, cleaning, etc. I have experience with the young and the elderly. Helping people and making sure they are safe and have what they need is my passion.

I'm a people person honest responsible and reliable team player.I enjoy careing and helping others . The love of being able to help someone family and treat them as my own . My personal achievement is the birth of my son and also being able to care and help my parents with there needs .

I have been a medication technician (CMT) for four years, I administer medications per facility, state and federal law/guidelines by practicing inside my scope. I am also insulin & CPR certified by the state of Missouri and American Heart association. I am comfortable with administering insulin medication, subQ and orally. I am a nursing candidate at Mineral Area College, I have had ECG training along with the knowledge of A&P, Microbiology, Medical Terminology I & II, so I have a good grasp and understanding on how the medications and insulin works and what signs & symptoms to watch for. I was a C.N.A for 16 years and performed all duties of a certified nurses aide to allowable state and federal guidelines. I assisted with ADL's per family, staff and patient request. I have taken care of family members, like my grandmother until she passed when she was diagnosed with cancer in 2017. I have been witness to horrible diseases, genetic and acquired. I have held the hands of people ready to cross over and begin their next journey into the afterlife. Caring for others can sometimes be challenging because people are hard to please, but it's those of us who keep trying and find a way to pacify others that separates us from the rest. Im Kayla im 22 and i believe my mission in life is to care for others. I cared extensively for my grandmother through the stuggle with cancer and my love for helping others has grown ever since. I'm a very happy soul who loves tolend a listening ear, shoulder to cry on and a hand to hold. I enjoy keeping those in need comfortable by helping with even the most private and personal need while still letting them have their have independent and an opinion when possible. Making sure they don't lose confidence or privacy is a top priority but also making sure all need are met and every issure cared for. I believe there is always a way to get what needs to be cared for done without the person cared for feeling embarrassed or bossed around. Everyone deserves respect.

I worked as a CNA since 2001. BLS Certified. I've worked in Nursing homes, Hospitals, Psychiatric facility, Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, Home health and Hospice care. I'm very compassionate and care for my residents/clients as they were my own family member.
