Hello, My name is Cheyanna Fields! I am a 25 years old single mom to the most handsome 2 year old! I am hard working ,independent , self driven, detail oriented, self motivated, organized, clean, and cheerful person! I have been a caregiver for a little over 5 years, I love helping others with day to day life skills and needs I always knew I wanted to help people and once I finally started to I knew I never wanted it to end! Helping others makes me feel so much joy just knowing that the person is being properly cared for. I love getting to know each an every person I get the pleasure of working with. I couldn't be more proud of the field of work I'm in helping others takes a special person, lots of patience and a good heart,thankfully God blessed me with all of that because now I get to love what I do l!

I am new to Carelinx but not new to caregiving. I helped care for my mother for almost five years until she passed away at 90. I always enjoyed doing the extras that made her feel better and brightened her days. I also helped to raise my two grandchildren since my son became a single father when they were very young.

CPR license HHA license, C.N.A I have been an active caregiver since 1995. I am reliable, and an honest person. I have a big heart. I absolutely love being a caregiver. My experience varys from client to client. Most of my clients that I have worked with have some degree of Alzheimer's. I would say that I'm very experienced in that department. My availability as far as scheduling varys. I enjoy working more hours then fewer hours. I like to work over night care the most. I am willing to work any hours of any day or night to help with my clients needs. Also holidays are not a problem either. I have wonderful references and license for my nursing skills. Clean background check and perfect driving record.

I have cared for my family and family friends for years. All, I want to do is help those who can't help themselves like they use to do. The way my mother cared for me when, I was young. She gave me the heart to care for others. The smiles on their faces when i can make them happy. Seeing my family walk again after their knee surgeries.

I am a good listener and will double check to make sure that what is asked of me to do is correct.My past and present clients are and have given me great recommendations for my caring attitude. As a small girl, I always wanted to help the elderly and anyone less fortunate than me.I was raised by 2 very loving, church going parents. The most important thing I love about being a caregiver is the gratification of knowing that I am appreciated in my responsibilities. A personal achievement that I am very proud of is doing the smallest things to get that gratitude.

I have a lot of experience working with people from many different backgrounds, I am CPR and first aid certified for all ages and AED certified. Trained on de-escalation and on trauma Informed. I am patient and willing to go above and beyond for people in my community. I enjoy using what I have learned to benefit those who need those qualities and to learn more everyday that I can share. I am so grateful to have accomplished a career that I love!

I am a caring and compassionate person. I enjoy working with family's and individual care. I have been doing this since I was younger in homes, and recently got my CNAs and am currently employed in a skilled nursing facility. I love my job and my individuals. I love getting to know the individuals and forming relationships with them. I got into home care because I wanted to help, I wanted to be there for people who needed it. I am an outgoing, friendly, and caring person. I have lost family members and I decided I wanted to take care of other people. I got into caregiving in 2017 and fell in love. I am very thorough and organized. I love my job. I have went on vacation with a client and their family to provide care in April of 2021.

I worked for 10 years at a popular downtown restaurant in Cincinnati, but I also cared for my elderly grandmother the last 5 years of her life. I can't put into words how grateful & proud I am for the relationship I built with my grandmother those last few years. I learned more about her life & her experiences than ever before. I enjoyed being her companion, taking her out & dressing her & tending to the animals & her house. Also, making her lunch & preparing her medication for the week. Our relationship while I was growing up was always somewhat silent & disconnected. My Nana was an English immigrant who served in World War II. She was part of the generation that didn't show much emotion. So when I was the only one in our family with the time to care for her, it was really the universe at work. My grandmother was a different person with me those last few years. It made me realize then that I had a way with people. I knew I loved helping people feel content, special & comfortable. At the restaurant, I turned my experiences into skill with patrons, as well as coworkers & vendors alike. Most of our customers were "regulars" and usually an older crowd. We had patrons that had literally been coming to our place & eating the same dish every Friday for 25 years. I had developed relationships with my own regular customers that would only come in on the nights that I was working,because no one took care of them as well as I did. I remembered how they liked their Salmon cooked, what drink they ordered, what table they sat at & when to bring coffee & dessert. When our customers called during the week for reservations, I knew them by name & I made sure they felt welcomed & appreciated. I know my life would be more fulfilled if I went back to working in a caregivers environment.

I've been doing this for 30 years and that's a long time in this field. Iam also a certified nurses aide. This is my true calling . The elderly paved the way for me and I have the upmost respect for them
