I am a mother of 3 daughters and I have 5 grandchildren. I am very kindhearted and nurturing, making sure they have everything they need. I love taking care of people that are in need of help. I get my enjoyment from knowing that I help someone smile and have a better quality of life. My personal achievement is always being able to support my family in times when they need my help. Hello my name is Tamika Williams i am 42 years of age married for 28 years with 3 sons whom are married, i have one grandson, he's 2 years of age, i am a caretaker foe my own mother and have to do very little for her, she's a stroke patient, i've worked with in a Dementia and Assisted Living Unit caring for residents with memory loss, total care residents, stroke residents and total care residents,i've private sat in homes caring for an Autistic Male age 21, and cared for an Dementia resident while in long term rehab for her family, i am a people'e person and Love caring for whoever needs my help, my passion is caring for the elderly and dementia clients because i Love going on their journey with them making them feel comfortable and helping them to just be happy and be there for them and their families, my personal achievements have been to be there from start to finish with families making sure that there loved ones are taken care of the way that i would want myself or my family member taken care of if i needed care, I was attracted to being an careegiver at the age of 12 when i started helping care for my grandfather after school for my granny that suffered with cancer, he inspired me to want to help others and also my own mother inspired me after her stroke because i've been with her and so happy to see her approvements because of me pushing her to never give up.

I'm a good person, fairly quiet. I respect the clients to the highest and I'm a listener. I like to repeat to them so I fully understand what their need is. My personality allow to treat them like i want to be treated with gentle care and respect.

Like to help them to be able to help themselves. I love caring for others. Help out anyway that I can. My education in work in the school.

I have been doing Home Health Care for 20+ years. I have taken care of a wide variety of clients right down to family. I feel that since I was taken care of by the state as a child, my way of giving back is to take care of my loved ones. I enjoy seeing the smile on my client's faces when I walk through their door. I am currently going to school as Occupational Therapy Assistant and am looking forward to applying it to great use with clients in the future.

I genuinely love people, I don't care about the color of your skin, I just see people. I have been taking care of people in my family all of my life, I enjoy doing for others and seeing the smile on their faces. Putting a smile on someone's face who wouldn't usually smile. I nursed my mom back to health after she had her leg amputated from complications of Diabetes, I helped her get her life back by working with her every day until she got strong enough to use her prosthetic leg on her own, now I cannot slow her down.

At the age of sixteen I helped a family friend looking after there mother whom had alzheimer's. During that time I found what I was compassionate about and what I wanted to do for a living. I love being a caregiver I love help other's in need. To able to care for someone in need and I know they are getting the best care in my hands makes my day to see a smile on my patients face's of a sigh of thanks. Going back to school and get my Associate Degree. I am a 33 year old woman I have been a caregiver for 17 years now this is my true passion I've walked away from this duty but my heart has brought me back the way i looked at it's not about when we get old at any giving time something can happen to you and if you ever have to depend on someone to care for you don't you want some to care for you with compassion patients understand open mind and a up lifting spirit. All my life all I have ever done is care for other with or with pay i do it because that's the person i am I just that kind of girl...
