I've been a caregiver for 22 yrs. Ive been a CNA for about the same amount of yrs! I love what I do & who I am. I am a caregiver first. I love to cook, & assist. Helping others is my passion.

I'm polite, respectful, and professional, both at work, socially, and in my personal life. My dad was a RN (he was a nurse practitioner) and has always told me stories, it always stayed in my mind, because one day I'll have grown old, and in need of assistance. I just hope the person to take care of me has the same perspective, and compassion that I would for anyone that I were to take care of. I would also love to have conversations with our elders because there's a lot of wisdom to be gained

I am 23 years old I am in school studying to be a medical assistant. Hopefully in that field I will be helping patients get better. I have no children, I'm looking off to start my career as far as the goal that I am trying to succeed in today. Therefore every job that I am pursing means more than what it actually is.

I am a great care giver because I treat the individual(s) like they are of my own family. I am a firm believer of treating others how you want to be treated. I became a care giver because it provides such an awarding feeling that I am proud of, it builds my character, and I feel accomplished. I enjoy being a caregiver because I am able to care for someone who needs it and that makes a difference. A personal achievement that I am very proud of is making someone smile. That may not seem like much, but it really is! When someone is happy to see you, you can achieve so much in the time allowed, and that will always melt my heart!

I love to help ppl especially the elderly and I have a big heart and I believe that you have to love your patient and your job to be a good caregiver and I believe that you should always make sure your patient is comfortable and happy

I love people! I have been helping patients, friends and family past 20 years to live the best life possible. I try to teach independence as much as possible. Because if you don't use it then you lose it. I will also exercise with them and promote a health life style

I love takeing care of people. Iam a loving, loyal, trustworthy person, that care deeply for others. I have took care of all my family at different time due to illness or surgery. I help take care of my granny when she got to were she didn't know were she was or who we were until she passed, she was bed ridden. I help take care of my mamaw when she fell and was bed ridden and then had a stroke until she passed but in the passed I was the one who always stayed with her and care for her when she would get sick. I once stayed with her for 10 days straight in the hospital when she got a staff infection in her head after having a growth removed of her brain she like to have died then but said I saved her life. I could go on and on but I have took care of people with serious health problem over the years and love doing it. My thing is if I can make someone happy and cared for in there last days then I have did my job on this earth. Or if not last day maybe I can help and improve there life to the point that there happy as can be. I just hope someone will give me a chances to do what I love and help it love one to my fullest.
